Who should I use to book a destination wedding?

*Rock*Girl* asked:

Ideally, I’d like an all-inclusive resort with a wedding package. We’re hoping to stay in the US, so maybe Hawaii, Florida or California. Looking for a good website (like a travelocity) or a helpful travel agent.

Thanks!

Are you having other guests? If you are you should book through a travel agency (not a website like travelocity) or do it yourself by calling resorts directly. If you have a group you can usually get a discounted group rate but only if you ask.

In truth, most resort hotels have their own wedding planners, so I’d say just pick where you want to go and work from there. We’re planning a destination wedding, and this is what we’ve found.

Many resorts offer packages for weddings these days and any travel agency will have a brochure that is specifically for weddings. has a number of places that have what you need.and they have a wedding registry too. so find a good travel agent and they can find you lots of places for all price ranges.
