My recommendation would be Kauai or Maui. I would not recommend Oahu because it is so crowded. Once you have decided on an island, then I would research packages on those islands such as:

My hubby and I did it…we got married on Oahu on a grassy hill overlooking the beach/ocean…In Waialae Beach Park, just outside Honolulu. We went with the wedding planners at who were absolutely amazing about every little detail and very affordable. And the photos are to die for. Can’t recommend them highly enough. My aunt got married on the beach in Waikiki in Honolulu at an Outrigger hotel (I think that’s the hotel). It was the first wedding I was in. I was a jr. bridesmaid.

My sister got married there a few years back and set up everything online, right down to the hair dresser and minister. Those 6 months are going to go faster than you think, start planning now! Start with a location. and take it from there. Make sure to get all of the paperwork taken care of as well.
