Hey,
I took my BF there for his 30th b-day (I’m 20). I booked a fantastic deal on expedia 7 days $1500.00/person for flight/hotel/car rental. We flew into Oahu and stayed on the North Shore at Turtle Bay Resort.
I highly recommend this hotel, it was awesome and everyone was SO friendly, plus you must see the North Shore it’s fantastic and out there you get a feeling of true Hawaii. I would suggest only staying a couple few nights and them checking out Waikiki. I wish we did it that way because we would have seen more, but I guess we’ll just have to go back
